project should reduce online dependency for NLP models. Offline dependency models should be considered

Hi, I am a contributor from GSSoC'24 and I can reduce the online dependencies of the NLP model by the following approach: Approach : By clearly defining the specific task for which the model dependency is needed to be reduced and perform techniques like pruning and quantization to decrease the dependency of the model without losing much data . Developing an offline-capable chatbot enhances user comfort. Currently, our chatbot works only online, but I will create a hybrid system: a rule-based chatbot for offline use and an AI-driven one for online use. The offline model will update with new data when connected. I will use Flask, HTML, CSS, Transformers, and JavaScript for this implementation. Please assign me this issue.
