Where the following message appears in a purple box that everyone sees when they log in:
Phage Annotation Pipeline 2017 (8.X) is available. It uses Apollo (2.0.5) for genome annotation, and does NOT produce genbank files at the end. We will re-add that step at a later date. Apologies for the inconvenience. There is a tutorial/background info document on Apollo available if needed.
