Answer:
Check the parameters for the jobs in your history where the analysis was done. Dates and parameters can be checked by clicking on a dataset title to expand its options, then checking 'View details' and/or 'Run this job again'.
If you used an older published workflow from the CPT and you did not import it, email an admin for help determining what parameters or tools have been changed since then.
