Carrells and locker keys fail to renew. #183

For example, carrell w/ barcode A14814169156 results in "renewal did not change the due date" error message.

Here are some item identifiers that can be used to track down some barcodes in FOLIO: Carrels: it00001652091 it00001652077 Lockers: it00001652172 it00001652188
