As a developer,
I want to have a 'Clear' button on the 'Temporal Graph',
So that I can reset all selected suborganizations and view the default graph for the organization.
Acceptance Criteria:
Add a 'Clear' button to the graph interface.
When the 'Clear' button is clicked, all selected suborganizations should be deselected, and the graph should reset to show the default view (e.g., all suborganizations' publication data combined) without requiring a page reload.
