[DSpace 7 Upgrade] Investigate export/import of specific collections for custom theme development

Process for creating a local test item(s) from dspacepre export:

• Obtain/create an export from dspacepre (To create, login to dspacepre and use 'Export Item' from Context submenu)
• Add dc.contributor.sponsor to metadata registry: http://localhost:4000/admin/registries/metadata/dc*
• Enable handle in config/local.cfg:
  • Uncomment: handle.canonical.prefix = http://hdl.handle.net/ -Set handle.prefix to '1969.1'
• Create Community 'Capstone Test' (or some other name)
• Create Collection 'Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) Capstones' (or some other name)
• Use batch import (http://localhost:4000/admin/batch-import) to process zip file (select desired collection and uncheck 'validate only')
• You hopefully have an item now

*Items from other collections may have different metadata requirements. The output log from the batch import process will show which missing metadata fields are causing the error. Compare with https://dspacepre1.library.tamu.edu/admin/metadata-registry
