[DSpace 7 Upgrade] Remove customization fixing HTTP HEAD request #237

The patch was accepted upstream and ported to 7x.

We can remove customization https://github.com/TAMULib/DSpace/pull/224 on upgrade to next patch release 7.6.2 when available.
