Populate Product management table with relevant data #62

Table is currently showing empty cells, should show associated remote product managers and their remote products.

As part of the table, provide a quick overview of which external project managers are implicated on the product. E.g.: TAMUGitHub : MyLibraryUI
 TAMUGitHub : MyLibraryService

In general, : would be the format. Remove scope ID. Merge the "remote project manager" and "remote project" fields.
