Issue 519: Fix Bold Match Filter returning an empty bold markup. #520

Description

The bold match filter should not bold empty text but does. The unit test has to comment out code and effectively be disabled due to this.

Fixes #519

Coverage: 45.397% (+0.1%) from 45.295% when pulling 260bde14ce8d6bff5382a90d4d5f265379a84d8e on 519-bold_match_filter into 75d2ec437c7e4b7fb8baafae7f006ed065155ecf on staging.
