New Bookshelf Update Workflow #193

We will need a workflow to upload a list of barcodes to edit item records, to remove the temporary location, and possibly the temporary loan type. (This interface would be in MIS Reports)

*This data is should be retrieved from LDP if possible.

*These updates will be conducted through Okapi

We need to find out what the CSV we are uploading will look like.
