Create a workflow to Withdraw Items by Barcode #346

Given a list of item barcodes, make the following changes:

Item Status = withdrawn Loan type = withdrawn Item suppress = True

Corresponding Holdings Suppress Holdings Change Holdings location = Evans withdrawn Add note: The language of the note should be provided by a variable

Corresponding Instance Suppress Instance if there is no longer an attached unsuppressed holdings

This workflow should end by generating an email to notify a recipient, provided by a variable of the success of the workflow. No specific information about the workflow needs to be included in the email, other than that the workflow has completed.

At Item level: The temporary location should be set to withdrawn.
