Update dependency and mapping parameters #184

Upgrade dependency: https://github.com/TAMULib/mod-camunda/blob/main/pom.xml#L173

If necessary, update borrowed code that does MARC record instance mapping: https://github.com/TAMULib/mod-camunda/blob/main/src/main/java/org/folio/rest/utility/MappingUtility.java Confirm that it uses the same mapping as source record manager in Lotus
