Add description to Data & Analytic charts #331

Add following description below the charts.

"These two bar charts highlight the age distribution in five-year groupings by ‘academic age’. Starting point of academic age is the first year of publication activity and followed through continuously. Each bar is underpinned by a list of researchers in this age bracket for further drill down. Left, the red line indicates the overall number of publications per age group and on the right the average number of publication output per researcher in an age group is displayed.”
