Recreate graph legends in Scholars

As a developer, I want to know what data is being visualized within the graph so that I can better draw out conclusions from said data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Graph legend accurately depicts the graph colors.
• Graph legend is filterable, unfiltered items should also impact the table selections.
• The legend text should accurately update when items are added/removed from the legend.

Other Notes: This feature will also impact the table feature, as items removed from the legend should also be unselected from the table.
