Weaver Components should provide a Sortable List Component

This list should be sortable through:

• Drag and drop
• Click event
• Predefined/provided sort orders (i.e. alphabetized desc)

This list should support as content the inclusion of button and input groups.

When the sort order is changed the list should emit an event.
