Updated the T-Shirt selection process for both users and admins. T-Shirt sizes are now saved in a new collection called "shirt-sizes". When an admin proceeds to approve or deny another MemberSHPE application, the users selected shirt size will now appear with the rest of their information (such as their submitted documents). On the user end, I updated the modal to have the correct text as the modal had default text and appearance.
