Removing old point system

This PR does a multitude of things fixing the point system and has some minor bug fixes:

• Removed google sheets points querying
• Leaderboard now
• pointsRank in PublicUserInfo now gives the correct rank and rank change
• Fixed time display to display 12:00 instead of 00:00
