This PR reimplements how the event verification is rendered. It previously used lottie, but there are issues with the current version not being compatible with iOS.
This uses the default react animated API to create substitution animations.
Whoever reviews this is highly encouraged to sign in to an event in order to verify that it works on your device. This has not been tested on iOS yet.
