Those simulations will be used to demonstrate proof of correct implementation and theoretical properties of the TMLE.

Simple ATE: Continuous / Categorical
Interaction ATE: Continuous / Categorical

For each, display :

Consistency / failure of the estimator when at least one of the nuisance estimator is correctly specified
Speed of Asymptotic convergence?
Normality of convergence
