SuperLearner: Internal Evaluation? #4

Ideally, we'd like to provide an option for evaluation of each member of the library during the internal validation loop.

idea of implementation: use the tuple returned by return! and add results to the report?

This idea does not seem possible as the data is anonymized after fitting rendering access to node impossible. Waiting for ablaom's input.
