For each of the following case, generate the phenotype file according to a model and then check the ATE/IATE matches what is expected. I can capitalize on tests from TMLE.jl for that. The main problem is that I can't find any way to write a BGEN file, the only solution I have found so far which is examplified here is to use mocks but this adds a macro in the main source code...
