Mixture model problems with highly transfected cells #65

Highly transfected cells do not seem to reach activity = 1.

This is a shortcoming of the mixture model when faced with an extremely strong transfection. The distribution in such transfections is often distorted away from a mixture of log-normals such that it causes this effect. The long-term fix needs to be carefully thought, but a patch solution may be possible sooner.
