BizHawk is a multi-system emulator written in C#. BizHawk provides nice features for casual gamers such as full screen, and joypad support in addition to full rerecording and debugging tools for all system cores.
I was testing some Libretro cores on BizHawk 2.9.1 when it was 3DO's turn(opera_libretro.dll) the controls didn't work. Save State, Rewind, everything OK! The only button that works is the Reset.
I also tested each key on the RetroKeyboard.
just out of curiosity, NeoGeo CD(neocd_libretro.dll) is practically perfect
