Pokemon White - Move Summary Comes Up Instead of Doing the Move #826

On windows, DeSmuMe version 0.9.13 when I play pokemon white I get a bug often when I am in battle. When I press the move, it comes up with the move summary instead of actually doing the move. This occurs no matter which pokemon, move, moveset or location that I am in. It makes the game borderline unplayable.

How do you recover from this situation so it's playable in any degree whatsoever?
