Avi: option to add a logo.avi automatically when capturing #30

Perhaps it needs to be called logo.avi and put in the base directory 
(maybe make that assignable in the directory listing).

Another option is for it to render a series of .png files to the beginnig of a 
movie
files.  (This method is done by Bisqwit).  The advantage of this is that you 
can fade
a logo into the movie.
