I don't know if this is even possible.
lame/ABR=40/mono
mencodercommand: start /wait mencoder.exe -priority idle -oac mp3lame -mc 
0 -lameopts preset=40:aq=0:mode=3 -ovc copy -o mixed-a.avi mixed.avi
