Update mappers to make certain games playable again #6

Updating to newest fceu-mm.

Hopefully that helps games like: 
-Power Blade 1 and 2
-Banana Prince
-Gun-Nac
-Mitsume ga Tooru
-Some SMB1 hacks
-Star Tropics 1 and 2

Otherwise it can be fixed manually by comparing with 0.98.15 and making a 
change or two to the appropriate mapper/board file.

Working on it, but still having some trouble with the mmc3 board not working 
properly.

Some increased compatibility has been added.  Perhaps the list of games needs 
to be
changed?  Also, I put it on high priority since game compatibility is general 
the
most important aspect in an emulator.  Especially since games like powerblade 
run
fine on previous versions of FCEU.
