Auto-Hold gets rapidly turned on and off #9

If you hold Auto-Hold plus a key, that gets rapidly turned on and off, 
hard to get it to set properly.

For instance, if you hold the auto-hold key and then hit the "Up" key, it will 
turn
on but then off right away.  This is a real annoyance and needs to be fixed in 
the
upcoming release.

FCEUX version seems to be much better about this.  So I am saying it is fixed 
for now.
