.cdl file cleared itself #291

I'm not sure what happened, but I opened a game after closing it through the option in the File drop down menu (mainly attempting to refresh the debugger after deleting some .nl files). However, when I opened the Code/Data Logger to see code and data in debugger, I noticed that the log was cleared. I verified this in hex editor and the log was all zeros.

Which OS are you running? Is this issue re-producible?
