Fceux won't refresh on the second monitor #677

While using the emulator, if I move it to the other monitor so I can use the Hex Editor on the other side, FCEUX seems to be frozen, but sill runs the game. This has been a problem for a long time and it's still in the latest release. Hope this gets fixed soon!

Problem persists. When I start the emulator it always open on Display1, when I move it to Display2, It does not matter if I open the ROM before or after moving, it freezes until I move it back. Only the Picture freezes I can still hear the game running in the background.
