I don't feel like you need a whole lot of explanation here. Where's our command 
line docs? I'm getting ready to pour over code to find the relevant switches 
and such...

"-cfg", "-rom", "-play", "-readwrite", "-loadstate", "-pause", "-lua"
Looks pretty self explanatory. Not much, yeah.
