SVP chip not emulated #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Virtua Racing
2. Wait a moment
3. Game will not play due to SVP chip not being emulated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gens 11A on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not a major priority, but I would like to see it done.  KFusion and
Mame do emulate this chip properly.

If somebody could find some documentation on the SVP, that would be helpful. Of course we will try our best to add as many features and fix bugs and improve compatibility. After we set the repository up, of course. :smile:
