Use filename of ROM instead of game title in window captions #92

The title should be pretty clear. I basically want an option to view the ROM 
filename instead of the title of the game being emulated. When using other 
versions of a ROM, it is nice to know which exact file is opened.

Could you please make this possible? A nice tick option would suffice!

This seems simple enough. I often have multiple ROMS of the same game (regions, betas, prototypes, cartridge revisions, etc). Will investigate.
