Record 4th Controller #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Record New Movie
2.No checkbox for "record 4th player"

I'm playing games with 4 controllers and would love to record the games, but 
the options are limited to 3 controllers.  Is there any way to add support for 
a 4th controller?

This requires a new version of the movie file format; at present, even 3-player 
support is a hack. Marking it as blocked until GM2 (Issue 5) is implemented.

We need to evaluate why adding one controller is not the same as adding multiple. Also, it should re-use code, right? INVESTIGATE MODE ACTIVATED.
