Compress Infodisplay #18

Compresses "Checkpoint" and "Misc" sections from 4 and 7 to 3 and 4 lines respectively, while also adding trick cooldown, wheelie cooldown, wheelie length, and OOB timers. Credit to xi and vabold for the 4 extra timers

Apologies for unnecessary actions - GitHub is frustrating, and the one thing I wanted to do in the first place wasn't even done correctly anyway.
