The Download Codes button in game properties in Dolphin should redirect to mkwtas.com to pull Gecko Codes for MKW.

[ ] Determine which codes should be included
[ ] Upload Codes to mkwtas.com
[x] Rewrite C++ code to allow for MKW to point to a different location than other games

The C++ portion of this task is completely done, except for obviously switching the link to point to mkwtas.com when that is set up.

I propose we borrow code structural ideas from Slippi. Some examples from their ini are:

REQUIRED: Slippi Online RECOMMENDED: Normal Lag Reduction OPTIONAL: Widescreen 16:9

Borrowing this general structural idea and adding some categories of our own could be a good idea, as it provides an intuitive way for new TASers to see the tools they can work with, and to encourage/discourage them from using certain features (we would want to discourage them from using tools like Freefly, for example).
