Lift Motor ID #25

i just remembered that the Lift Motor ID's should be 0 and 1, not 10 and 11 @qsctr can u change it, cuz its a really small one and i don't think we need a whole new branch and pull request for it

I think we should still always use branch and pull request (unless in emergency situations)

oh ok btw we only have ten talons is this ok for the talon id setup? 0,2,4 right drive 1,3,5 left drive 0 right lift motor 1 left lift motor 6 right arm 7 left arm 9 intake wheels(the motor is on the left side of the bot)

the current id setup goes beyond id 9 so we have to change it anyway
