Maybe you would want to clear the list at the beginning of setup.
The path file will be in json, but haven't finalized the exact schema since it is currently single path only

Ah shoot, I wanted this to be a draft pull request. Can someone confirm that the logic works? A reader class needs to be created though, but that is probably left for @qsctr to figure out since we dont' know how the files are going to be on the bot.
