Driver vision #84

Do we want to keep limelight in vision processing mode all the time, or only switch to it when driver activates it?

Not sure, but probably switch to driver because there is no usb cam on the bot right now. FYI, I will fix the arm first

Did the issue where the driver has to press the button multiple times get fixed?

Not yet, it happens when the limelight doesn't see the targets. Maybe we can make it so that when it's held, it will keep searching for the target, but I don't think we have the time.
