Needs more info: We currently have a watch system for topics, where a new post notifies people. What would be the trigger for this feature? A game edit? A new game version? Game Resource page edit?

I'm thinking any of submission, userfile upload (movie or script), or forum post will send a notif. (And it triggers on cataloguing of existing objects as well as creation of new ones.) Not sure about GameResources page edit, can you get notifs for edits on a specific wiki page currently? Publication would be redundant with sub+post, and game page/metadata edit doesn't seem that useful.
