Due to the fact that a verification movie is required for movie submissions that start from a dirty SRAM, I think including a field in the form that's used for movie submission could be a good thing.
Here's a suggestion on how it may look like. The new part would ideally show up only once the site determines that the movie starts from a dirty SRAM.
