Add ability to include alternative input link in the same publication page.

This is an extension of #1653.

During the Publication process, at least have an optional Alternative Movie File to also be pushed forward as it's easier to do it then rather than doing it after a Publication.

No, as that's during the Submission process not the Publication process. Unless you mean a third optional thing on the Submission page to have an Alternative Movie File for extended input.
