[F.Rq.] Include button for wiki page history when editing it #1902

Currently only the "List referrers" button is shown. Obviously there's no need to "Edit" or "View Source" from the editor, and I also don't think it's worth including the "Move" button, just the "Page History" and maybe "Latest diff".

The latter is not a wiki page, so it doesn't have wiki history.
