Flagging publications #95

It would be interesting to see a flagging feature added to published movies. The idea is that any logged-in user can "flag" a video, along with selecting a category ("encode" or "publication description", for example) and also add an optional comment. It would give non-privileged users an easier way to interact with staff, rather than creating forum topics every time they notice a problem with a publication.

Alongside this, we could also have a module which displays currently flagged movies. This would allow staff members to easily find and fix problems with publications (or simply unflag them if after verification the problem is a false report). Additionally, requiring users to be logged in before flagging ensures they can have flagging privileges disabled if they abuse the system.

I think this is a good idea for a feature. It should be noted that this would be a new permissions (so that it can be taken away), but one the permissions would have the Default flag set to true so that all new users get it by default

Personal notes:

  1. Non-privileged users interacting with staff about a publication: I personally just go to the given pub's thread and comment there. Every logged in user is able to do this if I'm correct.

  2. Now that's a good idea. Letting logged in users to be able to flag publications + staff able to check a list of publications TODO
