Contact & Partners pages / sections #12

Description

It would be good to have dedicated sections or pages to the following.

Contact It’d be useful to have a “contact” tab to list where our offices are located in addition to David’s email and other contact information. If there’re designated offices outside of US (like in SA or Uganda), listing those can be interesting too.

Partners Or alternatively, or in addition constructing one page about our collaborators/collaborating institutions like Makerere University can be interesting to students who are interested in working abroad.

Added contact page on new site. But not partners page. Adding that as a new issue
