Currently forwarding an email sends the Winmail.dat as is adding an extra step if a user wishes to send de-coded files to another recipient.

• Send decoded button?
• Send decoded setting?

As in #15 rescue conflicting alternatives might be an example of a way around the issue as this add-on modifies the whole email and replaces it in the current view

It currently looks like the message would need to modified and replaced, something I'm not keen on doing, it's just asking for problems. see: mailCommands.js

We may be able to follow the addon stationery and just compose the email ourselves.

Would probably be solved if a temporary email is created as outlined in #99 closing for now
