Focused Mind only reduces the duration of Silence effects used aganist the Shaman. Interrupts are not affected.
Focused Mind reduces the duration of any Silence or Interrupt effect used aganist the shaman by 10% per Talentpoint. (max 30%)

Get interrupted while specced into it.
