Alchemists get to choose a mastery while skilling up (Potion, Elixir or Transmute master). When oe is chosen you can speak to your mastery alchemy trainer to unlearn the mastery for 150g - giving you the chance to switch mastery
How it works:
You can unlearn the mastery for 150g but it isnt possible to pick up a new one.
How it should work:
You should be able to speak to the respective mastery trainer and pick up a new mastery without doing the associated quest (The backside is the 150g to unlearn your old mastery).
