Add web5 tests to rn #54

adds a memory reactnative agent to test web5 basic operations (crud)
add the test to detox which will run in our CI from now on
adds all the remaining required polyfills (including the readable-stream package)
upgrades web5 to version 0.8.2 since we are about to release it

Fix #47
