All the environments are ochestrated by the pnpm package manager
Except for:
Reactnative which has an isolated yarn (#49)
Electron which also has an isolated yarn (the pnpm unification had hoisting issues)
So we need to have a commit hook, or postinstall pnpm script which makes sure that the versions for the @web5/api and dwn-js-sdk are the same for all the environments
